Reads the file and lists every group name with its measured size and centre. It does not swap
the geometry — the parts table gets rewritten from those measurements instead of guessed.
PRICING — real, from MODU_MASTER_BOM.xlsx, sheet "Price W.", column L blocks
(column O per module when MR). Transcribed not recomputed; markup and VAT already
inside. Since v11 the builder prices BLOCKS, not per-module rates: the 60s cost the 60 cm
block at the count of 60s, the 50s the 50 cm block at the count of 50s, exactly like the
workbook's Order W. sheet — the old column-M-times-n arithmetic overshot the workbook by up
to n−1 dollars from double rounding (the $3-on-4×60 case). Builder and workbook now agree
to the dollar; verified against Order W.'s own worked example. The run starts as the bare
carcass — fixed shelf only, priced at the block alone. HF, H and S are per-module add-ons
from the chip dropdown.
A. Assembly is IN the shown price since v32 (Order W. 2026-09-10 folds it
into "Subtotal — product"): big number = floor + assembly, rate table $25 / $30 / $40 / $50
/ $60 at 1-5 modules, +$10 per module past five. Delivery ($25 per run) stays its own line,
so delivered = product + 25.
B. MR has no block price. The sheet's only MR figure is column O, computed
per module on the already-rounded column M — so MR is charged O × count, keeping the sheet's
own double rounding. That is deliberate: the workbook is the source of truth, so the builder
reproduces its arithmetic, quirks included.
C. The run goes to 700 cm, but the blocks stop at 5 same-width modules. A
longer width group is charged its 5-block plus ROUNDUP(block/5) — the sheet's own column M
at 5 — per extra module. Extension, flagged in the developer BOM; the sheet defines nothing
past five.
C2. Single modules are sellable now. The sheet has a 1-module carcass row, so
it prices. Assembly on a single module is the sheet's 1-module rate, $25.
D. Tier mapping is no longer inferred: the finish lineup and its tiers are read from the
texture filenames in /MODU/Graphics/3D IR/Texures (Tier 1: Special White B3002, Light Grey
L166, Dark Grey L167 · Tier 2: Basalt L927, Storm Grey L6274, Paprika L5232 · Tier 3: Black L3031,
Lyon Walnut M4462, Timeless Oak M6285). The old Dark Blue / Mustard / Oak / Teak swatches are
gone with it.
D2. ASSUMPTION — grain direction. The texture grain runs vertically on
verticals, doors and backs, and along the length on tops, bottoms, shelves and plinths.
MODU's actual CNC grain orientation is unconfirmed; if the shop cuts differently, the render
lies. Tier 3 tiles cover 4 × 4 m as their filenames state; Tier 1 / 2 tiles are near-flat
colour with no stated size. Tier 3 JPGs were downscaled 2000 → 1024 px to keep this file
small; the seamless tiling survives resizing.
E. The sheet carries a wastage column (E, 0.23 to 0.96). Not used here — say if it should be.
Geometry is measured from OBJ_W60_With_Interiors_1.obj. What is not:
1. INFERRED — every W50 carcass part. The file carries W50 interiors only, so
top, bottom, plinth, fixed shelf, back and door are the W60 part minus 100 mm on the width
axis. The rule is confirmed by the W50 interiors that are in the file (shelf 464 vs 564, rod
461.1 vs 561.1) but the W50 door width, 429.754 mm, is not measured.
2. INFERRED — back panel thickness 5.5 mm. The OBJ back is a zero-thickness
plane. 5.5 mm Masonite comes from the Furniture Standards doc; the WSB spec says 5 mm.
Unresolved. Dado allowance not modelled.
2b. Backboard colour is finish-linked, not a customer choice: white on Special White B3002
and Light Grey L166, dark anthracite on every other finish (Raoul, 2026-08-29). The BOM
names the backboard per part.
3. Panel thickness snapped to 18.000 mm — the file measures 18.002.
4. OBJ defect — the bottom panel floats 6.16 mm above the plinth rails
(plinth top 65, bottom panel underside 71.163). Modelled exactly as the file has it.
5. OBJ defect — the rod sub-assembly is 1.6 mm off-centre against the shelves
in W60H / W60HF / W50H / W50HF. Anchored on the shelves, so the right-hand rod bracket overhangs
the bay by 0.46 mm.
6. OBJ defect — the four W60S / W50S shelves are not coplanar in width, two sit
0.63 mm off the other two. Anchored on their envelope, so each lands 0.315 mm off centre.
7. Interior shelf counts contradict the Standards doc. The doc says H = 3 shelves
+ rod and S = 6 shelves. The file has H = 1 shelf + rod and S = 4 shelves. The fixed shelf is a
separate carcass part in both. The file wins here; the doc needs correcting or the file does.
8. Rod brackets are drawn as their measured bounding box, not their real profile.
9. Hardware counts are placeholders and marked with a ? in the BOM.
10. MR is offered on WGLG as well as the colours. The master BOM prices it
at 9% on Tier 1, 5.5% on Tier 2 and 7% on Tier 3 (sheet of 2026-09-02), so all three tiers have an MR column. The WSB
table and the build manual both say to hide the toggle on WGLG — both are stale against this.
